I’m dipping my toe into cnc plasma cutting. I use auto-cad (desktop) to design for my other types of cnc’s. My question is sheet cam a desktop application or online. I have not been able to find any info on which it is.

Totally desktop. Not like Fusion 360 connection to the mothership. You can download and use a limited use for free for 30 days.
