Sheet cam alternative

Anyone got a close post for fusion or some other program for posting, sheetcam make me wanna gouge my eyes out.

Is this for the Laser?

What’s the issue with Sheetcam? What version?

Sheetcam is one of the simplest CAM programs you can use. If you have issues with that, you will certainly have issues with CAM setup in Fusion.

I couldn’t even imagine doing CAM on Fusion for a fiber laser even though I’m very proficient with it on plasma.

What would be nice to see is Langmuir implement it’s own CAM software specifically for the Apollo with cut charts built-in (but allowing for adjustments to be saved).

Many tables do this already both on the plasma as well as the laser side, and do so to make the best out of the table you’re using. Whether it’s homing, adding parking features, implementing a simple micro-stitch on an already laid out design, and more.

The Apollo already comes with some sort of computer (if I recall?) so having that software installed would only make sense.

Bring a thumbdrive with your vector files over, run all your CAM at your table, and run the program for cutting.

My parts and work are already in fuison, and simple? Ya no 3 clicks of a mouse and I already have an export for any other 2 axis machine in fusion. Kwikfab i would dig that, most other 2 axis machines i have used will directly take dxf or vectors.

Once you set up your tools, it’s easy. Import drawing, create jet cutting operation, choose a tool and post process
