I started cutting a project and it was fine for a 16" circle and started some internal cuts then the torch blew out and air kept blowing. Reset the cut and it would start then blow out, manually the torch itself works fine and air remains at about 80lbs. I must have something in program set that is causing this, haven’t had time to check but what would most likely cause this, I do not have THC.
Just trying to get a spot to start looking, I’m not great with the programming.

Programming cannot alter how the torch functions with the exception of turning it on or off.
With air still blowing, is this in the same manner as if the torch was still firing or simply post flow?
You do not show pictures at all of anything, so I would suggest a picture of your setup including -
Your work clamp location, the height of the torch in relation to the base material, your consumables along with the number of pierces, etc.
It could be something as simple as incorrect cut height which can cause a torch to go out, air supply running low, bad consumables, and more.
But no you cannot have Fusion program the torch to go out and only blow air.
It’s hard to tell without pictures, but it sounds like you may have cut the outside before cutting the internal cuts. This could isolate the piece from the work clamp and prevent the electrical connection the torch needs to keep cutting.
Could slso be cutting too slow.
