Screen went black and grey during a job. Torch was still firing but stopped moving. No alarms. I stopped it but after that the screen went black and grey. Rebooted it and checked for updates. Updates were good but screen stayed the same. Any feed back would be appreciated.
That usually means there is no connection between the computer and the motion control board on the table.
The motion control board gets power from the USB connection and there should be a light on the board when the cable is connected to the computer.
Try a different USB port and/or cable.
Make sure your computer isn’t putting the USB port to sleep to save power.
