Roller/ bender for hobbyist

I thought I would ask a forum full of creative project making people if they would have a suggestion of a hobbyist round/square tube bender-roller?
I just want to roll small flat stock as well as square and round stock. The square stock wouldn’t be any greater then .065 x 1/2" , round solid stock no greater then 1/4" and the flat stock no thicker then 12 gauge 1" wide.
As I see my development improve with cutting I want to add a new dimension to my projects.
I find this group very useful and most if not all of the normal internet banter and obnoxiousness doesn’t exists, its a very helpful bunch hanging out here.

I would look at this Harbor freight bender.

and i believe swag offroad makes a kit to beef it up to handle heavier tubes, and also sells different dies to handle different size/shape tubing/pipe

I wanted the same things from a tube roller. I picked up the Harbor Freight tube roller last week and I’m working on new sides to push the rollers out and add a 4 ton bottle jack instead of the threaded mechanism. I’m hoping to cut it today after work, I’ll post pictures and put the files on Fireshare.

I was going to purchase a set of dies from SWAG to roll flat stock as well but decided the Harbor Freight ring roller would be cheaper. It’s limited to 1" x 3/16" flat strap but works great for $64. The dies are knurled so they leave marks on the metal but it’s easy to clean up. The set of dies for the roller would have been $169 plus the drive axle so I can live with this for a while.

Came out perfect! I’ll update as I get the thing assembled. I need some spacers and bolts.

Let me know how it turns out! Mind sharing the cut file?

Let me get it assembled next week and make sure the file doesn’t need adjustments first. I don’t mind sharing the cut files.
