Is there any easy way to realign a partially cut file in firecontrol if the metal gets repositioned and then re-run program to avoid wasting metal? My program stopped and while resetting I moved the metal from the original position.
Firecontrol has nothing to do with it. You will have to realign the metal manually. I would guess even if you got it close it would not come out right.

I think a good manual way to do what you’re asking is to get some blue painters tape and mark 3 or more reference edges around the metal piece. Place the tape on the table risers, not on metal and if something would go wrong or a movement would occur that you have those as reference or registration marks. Hope that helps.
