Reporting an Issue with FireControl

Hi All-

As more and more systems come online in the next few weeks we want to streamline the process of reporting an issue with FireControl so we can best get these bugs hammered out as efficiently as possible. We would appreciate formatting issues (or at least including this information) in your messages.

Please submit these reports to our Support System by emailing them to support@langmuirsystems.com

FireControl Log File:

FireControl keeps a log file which could contain information critical to solving your issue. If possible, please include this log file with your Issue Report. It can be found in your file system:

On Windows:

C:/Users/[YOUR USER]/.FireControl/firecontrol.log

On MacOS:

/Users/[YOUR USER]/.FireControl/firecontrol.log
