Good day.
I have a failed X axis Stepper motor. There was a post on this forum that directed us to Amazon to replace. I check Amazon and cannot find a motor with the same number. I do not know enough about these motors to chance a crossover.
Would one of you fellas in the know please post the replacement motor and number i would need. Thank You in advance.,
Call Langmuir and get the motor with the correct wiring. They are dirt cheap. If you call now, you will have one for the weekend. The Amazon motor will have to be completely wired. Just my two cents again.
How did you determine it was bad? Are you sure the DB9 control box plug pins aren’t burnt up?

Thanks for the response. I completely understand what your getting at. My hope was that Amazon would carry the correct motor. Being in Canada it adds complexity to the order.
I also had no luck with the Langmuir phone number. I placed a call back request. One to two days response time.
I some how tore the cable from the back of the motor as the gantry was moving. It’s a mystery. But stuff happens. Love my machine.

It would be great if they had a replacement parts page to order from like they do machines.
