I am new to the cnc world. I have confusion on the air regulator inside my razor weld 45. What psi should it be set at? I also have an in line regulator. My compressor cuts off at 175psi. Can anyone help on this matter?
your compressor is best running at 100 to 130 PSIā¦but depending on your compressor it may be higher which is fineā¦just make sure the pressure coming out going to the plasma is minimum 100psiā¦and make sure the lines are 3/8" minimum and the least amount of hose as possible.
As for the Razorweld settingā¦some one wil lchirp in on that for you.

Push the button on the front of your RZ45 and adjust the regulator so that the gauge reads 70 psi while the button is pushed
