Refining Fusion 360 Settings

Does anyone use these settings in Fusion 360?

Also, where do I set torch plunge rate from and what is a good setting for a plasma torch from the Razor Wed 45?

There is no plunge rate setting in Fusion.

Those settings are for a milling operation. For plasma or cutting you can skip right by this menu,
