Razorweld x45 torch wont fire overnight (Solved)

I think we’ve gone as far as we can go here. You should be contacting Langmuir support about the relay.

That may be a soldered in relay. If the relay is flush with the board you may need to replace the complete board.

Thanks guys, messaged Langmuir so hopefully they get back to me with a fix quickly. Time is money!

Can someone explain to me like im 5 how to jump the circuit at the trigger

I love that saying, I am going to use the all the time. I will see if it helps me understand better
Cant help you but but thanks for that post!

If you are using a Razorweld with the ports on the front. unplug the torch firing cable from the plasma cutter. There are two pins/holes in the port on the plasma. Use a piece of wire or paper clip to connect one pin to the other.

This is the same thing that the torch firing relay does inside the control box. It just connects both sides to complete the circuit.

Make sure the torch is in a safe place, because it will fire when you insert the jumper.

Thank you.
Will this by pass any air pressure issues?

No. This is only a test to bypass the torch relay inside the electronics enclosure and the torch on/off cable.

No blowback plasma torch will fire without enough air pressure.
