Yes it will work fine, although we recommend purchasing an X45 torch to use on it since the standard whip on the vipercut 30 is a bit short.
Thanks - I could always get another torch with a longer whip - is there a wiring diagram out there for where to wire the Pro to the Viper? and are there
any issues with the interface with sheetcam like a 50-1 divider port?
I bought my table and the razorweld 45amp cutter that langmuir sells with the table last year. I bought some replacement tips and electrodes off eBay. This was before I found out what kind of trouble people were having with replacement parts on the razorweld. I replaced the electrode and nozzle on my cutter. Now I’m only getting the pilot arc. So can somebody please tell me the simplest and easiest way to fix this. Do I need to change torches. My torch says J45h on it. What parts do I need to get for it. What’s the simplest and easiest fix for this mess
Langmuir has the consumables for the torch on their store.
My Gosh, langmuir is proud of their consumables. Is there anywhere else to get these consumables
If you want to cut buy Langmuir consumables. Or do you want to continue to struggle with cheap fleabay garbage???
If your looking for “cheaper” consumables ebay or amazon chinese stuff.
Your using the hand torch? If it pilot arc’s but will not cut try putting the work clamp sometimes called ground on the metal not the table or slats.
If it still pilot arcs but won’t cut it most likely is the plasma cutter and will need to be repaired.
