I have had zero problems, other than the ones I created . The razorweld has been flawless.

That seems to be the norm…Some work fine, same amount of people complaining . I have been around awhile, I am not too pleased when I open up a “factory executed modification”( which is Razorwelds way of getting out of replacing faulty machines ) and I find the mod was performed wrong, with a giant blob of solder across both contacts. Consider yourself lucky I guess? I can’t have the downtine and wasted material anymore…

Does anyone know where the R121 contacts come from and go to? Like a schematic.

I unsoldered it incorrectly and cannot the new transistor to solder to the board. Our staff electrician says we may be able to solder it to the spot that comes from and then solder it to the spot it ends up at.

Help!

You will need to take the board lose or out and find the traces on the back for that resistor and solder the new one there. Or you will need to get a new board.

I’ve had misfire problems from day one. Waisted a lot of money on materials. Seen the bulletin a mid 2020 and did the mod. Not changed. Checked the THC works as per the diagnostic diagram. Call Razorcut and sent a video. Got permission to send the machine to their service department. I have to Pay for shipping which is clearly not going to be cheap.

Should I pay for the shipping and put my faith in their repair with tue chance of it coming back still not right and wais ting more money?

Or should I just cut my losses and by a Hypertherm?

Be trading up from a lemon Hyundai to a Lamborghini.

If this is more than just a hobby for you ,hypertherm all day.

Which port on the Razorweld is the 50:1 divided port. How can you tell? Because I think Im have the missfire issue. I purchased in 2019 or 2020 can’t remember without checking credit card statements. You sent out the Razor weld 45 first. Then I canceled the order and kept the Razorcut 45 and then you credited the rest of the funds. So more than likely I have one of the POS Razorcut 45. I need to know what to look for in order to tell which port is which.
