My Razorcut 45 has been working fine since I bought the Crossfire. I disconnected the plasma cutter to upgrade to the xl. When I connected my plasma cutter back to the power, it wouldn’t power up. The power light wasn’t on and the 2T and Normal cut mode lights were blinking. When I turn the power off the 2T light comes on for about 1-2 min and then goes off. even when it is unplugged.

Unplug everything from the plasma cutter and plug it in and turn it on. If it still don’t work I would say something on the PCB went bad. If it does come on then you have something hooked up to the controller wrong and causing a back feed.
