im no electrical genius and didn’t see a video or tutorial on wiring up the torch on the razorcut 45.has anyone already done it that can take pictures or walk me through the process?

There is a section called “Plasma Cutter Wiring” that goes through step by step how to wire it.

If you unplug the torch you will see 4 pins that are numbered 1,3,6,9. The 2 wires that are the “trigger wires” are 3 and 6. So if you remove the cover from the plasma cutter you will see the wires on the back side of the plug. Locate the 2 wires that run to pin 3 and 6, attach a clip provided by Langmuir to each wire. (You may have to use wire strippers to strip back some insulation on each wire). Then plug in the torch wire (also provided by Langmuir) and then plug it into your electrical enclosure.

Easy way to confirm this is put a continuity meter on it and it should beep when you key the trigger
