Hello. I have the older razor cut 45 and have been using it for about 8 months. Recently having problems with the torch only firing about 30% of the time. Manually or with the computer. When it does cut it’s nice and clean but still changed consumables multiple times. Not sure what is going on. Cutting all the same stuff I have been for months. Can you help or can you send me somewhere that can?
Where are you placing your ground? And what is your torch height?
What size metal are you cutting? How many amps? IPM?
Just need a little more info.
I ran into the same problem with my Everlast machine and gave up on it. It was more likely my fault and not the machine. But I ran through consumables a lot! Then I switched to the Hypertherm and I’m still on my first set of consumables.
