Brand new Razor 45 w/x45 torch wouldn’t fire right out of the box via the CNC or manually. Take note the trigger signal was good as all indicators were good to go and air would purge. Bottom line, I found that it was shipped with the wrong consumables from the factory, or they just had horrible tolerance deficiencies, my new consumables are visibly different and work.
