My torch started giving me problems by intermittently not cutting through. Then, it would fire during pierce phase and stop immediately after that. Now, it will not fire at all. Air still flows through tip and solenoid shuts it off.
I have:
Replaced consumables
Checked everything in the tip, no cracks, plunger not stuck
Adjusted supply air both ways
Removed the cover and increased pressure from 68 psi static to 80+
Checked incoming voltage
Ground clamp is practical new as is the steel on the table
I am convinced it must be internal having to do with the mother board. Do these go out often?
Is the Razorweld 45 a newer CNC unit?
Hand torch or machine torch?
What consumables did you change and were did you get them?
What is the air pressure with air flowing from the torch?
It is a newer unit
Machine torch
Tip and Electrode, Amazon - but it should not matter since I was having issues with provided tips and electrodes, and cut many items with Amazon replacements with no additional issues before this.
Delta is +/- 15 psi from whatever I adjust internal regulator to and as mentioned in original post I have played with both the regulator pressures on the compressor and the internal.
