We have been happily using this machine for a few months now in a limited Production environment. it has been Fantastic at bending up small brackets etc.
recently it has been experiencing an error when trying to home the machine - ALARM CODE 5
normally pushing the home button a few times worked, but now nothing.
I will say i did one time have the wrong die selected and over rammed the bed once, but that just resulted in a HUGE mess of fluid haha

The -0.4 tonnage is the indicator of a bad motion control board. Reach out to me at support@langmuirsystems.com and I can help you get that replaced.
I gotta say, the wire routing in this cabinet isnt great hahah
ive spent the last hour or so cleaning up wiring in the cabinet and rerouting wires to reach better… oh and the OIL… so much oil everwhere, im pretty sure oil is what took out my Motion board - it was soaked.. i will be mounting an external blow off tube instead of inside the cabinet. id rather a floor spill than having to wipe this back out again..
