R Axis are uneven how to move them independent

Finally setting up my back gauge on the the Titan and while jogging the R axis up/down one hit the limit switch (the bolts were at different heights) and I think one motor stopped while the other kept going. So now they are at different heights. How do I get them back even?

I just turned the machine off and was manually able to turn the threads.

Backgauge Troubleshooting.pdf (3.1 MB)

The attached guide should help you get your backgauge up and running. You got the solution. Just unplug a motor or turn off the machine and then you can turn the threads by hand.

Once you square your machine, you will want to set your limit trigger bolt/bracket so that that squared off position is the one you home to. See page 7 of the troubleshooting guide.

I’ll go through the guide because they will be moving in sync back n forth back n forth over and over then one will miss a jog while the other doesn’t. Out of sync again.

Yes the page 3 fixes on that guide should help that.
