Now I’m curious, how far apart were the shipments? I have deducted that the whole machine isn’t shipped at once with each box marked like 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3. It’s probably not a set schedule either. I understand, they are pumping out what they got as soon as they get product in. I have no complaints, langmuir has already impressed me. But just for a general idea, I’m worse than a kid at christmas with this thing.

Mine were about 2 to 3 weeks apart. But I cant speak for when at normal shipping speed (no Covid). Canada takes longer for border reasons. The original 2x2 goes out fairly quick i understand, but the Pro 4x3 is worth the wait and the upgrade price.

Just got the first UPS shipping notification, will arrive tomorrow, 4 hour window.
I have no idea what it is and had no other notification that something was coming. I’m happy it’s finally shipping but a bit more notice would have been nice.

Woohoo You’re getting box one with the frame parts. You’ll need to wait for the next box to actually have the screws, but you can at least examine that you have the right tubes and they are in good shape.

no issue. Was surprised to see it pop up and thought I had missed something. We kind of beat this to death awhile ago. Pretty much everyone agreed with us - some assembly was required & expected.
Personally I’d have had a problem if it was preassembled - before Covid I would have needed to take time off from work to meet the truck that would have been required to get it shipped to me. And there’s always a residential surcharge and power gate charge when delivering that sized thing to a house.
I also like that having assembled it I know how it went together so I can maintain it myself.
Well, I thought it was coming. Looks like it never got picked up Friday by UPS and still today no notification. Wait forever, finally get excited it’s coming, no, let down and now in limbo.
All I ask is to be kept informed, for thousands of dollars I don’t think that’s unreasonable.
Going from 1 day notice that it will be delivered to now, well, crickets.
The patience is definitely the hardest part. I know on my order it was a UPS error and they did pick the package up but then said they didn’t and then after it go to Texas they decided to drive it between 2 distribution centers 5 times so it ended up not getting to me on Friday instead on Monday. It was awful haha. I hope you get yours soon!

Out for delivery today, yeah, whatever.
UPS is a disaster when it’s not on time. They have no clue until it shows up somewhere so they lie repeatedly, day after day. Better than Fedex but both are a joke compared to USPS tracking from my experience.

Ok, box 1 has arrived, only 4 days behind and still missed the delivery window.
So, par for UPS. Doesn’t look like they were nice to the box either.
