Process to rerun a cut

I am trying to understand the process to recut an image or drawing. I have had a cut fail during the cut process and I would like t be able to ‘rerun’ the cut from a specific point if possible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is an example with screen shots. [line%20loop%201%20] [line%20loop%202%20] in this example it stops cutting for some reason. you repair the problem and need to pickup where it stopped cutting. here that is the top right of the W.
