Problem with mach3

Hello, I bought a cnc plasma and I’m new to this, and I ran into some kind of problem that I don’t know how to solve, so please help if anyone knows. Plazma uses the Mach3 program and the computer is on Windows XP, and when I started the plasma for the first time and after 2 hours I realized how it works, I managed to cut a couple of sheets and after that my keyboard stopped working, then I got a message from the computer that it was necessary to close Mach3 because it ran into some kind of problem and when I closed it, the plasma torch fell between the grates and since then I can no longer start the table either manually or through the program, and I noticed that the electrical cabinet on the usb main for motion control blinks a red light and nowhere I can’t find what would be the mistake

Welcome to the forum!

Did you get this system second hand? (Buy it from someone selling theirs?)

If so, then presumably it worked initially.

So it was working properly at this point and then your keyboard locked up? Did you restart your computer after this?

When you closed Mach 3 the torch dropped into the grate. Does your system have a Z axis? Langmuir did not make a Mach3 system with a Z axis. Is this a custom system?

Answer these questions and we’ll proceed from there…

the settings in the program were reset and that’s why it didn’t work, now I managed to set it up and the table now works normally, the only thing is that it doesn’t want to turn on the torch and I can’t find how to set it anywhere

Torch control would be in General Config, Spindle settings. You need to map M3 to OUT4, I believe. Unfortunately I am traveling and can not check my settings. But, actually, that should already be in the CrossFire profile you use to launch Mach3…
