I want to know if anyone knows a round about voltage setting for THC? I just set it to 70 volts on 20 Guage and it did well. I found this cut chart but it is not for the Cut60 from Primeweld.
While this chart is super handy as a starting point for amps and feeds, I was looking for volts for THC.
Your raw arc voltage should be between 90 and 110 volts no mater what the amp setting is. If its working at a lower voltage then it will be fine.
i would run a few straight line test cuts on the material your trying to cut and get an average of the voltage it’s giving and go from there.

I agree, but with THC turned off as you run the cuts. Then you’ll know what the voltage is at the set cut height.
I wish there was a way to log the data to a text file or something. I feel like it’s difficult to observe the numbers and pay attention to everything going on.
If you’re just cutting a straight line, there isn’t much else to pay attention to. This is what I do when I’m calibrating a new material.
