Anyone looking for the basics and then some on P/C this link will help.
Here are some pics of my set up, I built everything but the P/C gun.
P/C is just like everything else there are a million options and ideas.
Booth expands to 10x10x10, the pic shows it expanded to just 5 feet. It uses a old furnace squirrel cage fan and blows outside. it works pretty well.
Oven is 4x4x7 inside with 6" walls. I think my total wattage is around 10-11,000
Fiberglass insulation, Fan to move air around, Works pretty well for most of what I do.
I used as much used stuff laying around that I could. It does take some baby sitting when curing parts.
IF you can get by with a house hold oven do it they are very cheap used. I have seen guys get good results with house hold oven but I think you have to watch your temps, as older ones have pretty big swings on temp. Remember its part temp you go by not air temp and for me they are not the same.
