He is lucky to live in America.
Having traveled the world, I can honestly say that there are countries where the cop would drag his fat ass out of the car and beat him until he remembers he is human…Or turn him in Kung Pao Chicken…

Local elementary school. Had a student a couple years back in 5th grade that chose to identify as a cat…Teachers/school admin should have don the same.
