While cutting aluminum sheet 1/8. The cut is an angle sometime during the same cut
Make sure your consumables are in good condition.
Make sure your cut height is .060.
Apply a little Mig gun nozzle jelly when cutting aluminum. It will keep the melted aluminum from making the torch rise up due to stuff sticking to the nozzle tip.
Make sure your cutter is at 75 psi while cutting.
