going thru consumables alot but know noticed where the electrode screws in like its getting hot and that piece looks like the threads are cross threaded but i have not done anything to it. dont even know what that piece is or how to fix it need fixed asap or does anybody know if it is under warranty or what thanks
Pictures and name of cutter will probably help, I know that there is a user here that goes by mechanic something and he is very helpful with the consumables and sells them from his site. Search for George’s plasma shop.
I’m sure there are others but the first thing anyone is going to need to know is what kind do you have?

razorweld vipercut30. dont really know alot about plasma cutters but wasnt having really any problems but now seems to happening often but thanks for the help
My torch went dead yesterday. I contacted Razorweld and it only had a 90 day warranty. Now I have to buy a new one for $135. Hope yours is still under warranty.
