ok…time to go through all your connections…pull and check each one…really look at the USB cable…you may need a new one…also…look at your air supply…that looks like water…

Three things:
First, starting a new thread would be more useful that tagging onto a 4 year old thread. But, what’s done is done.
Two, what did your cuts look like before this mess?
Three, following @toolboy 's questions, where do you have the Plasma cutter’s work lead attached to the thin piece of metal you’re showing us?
Of course, knowing what system, what plasma cutter, and what settings you’re using in this attempt would be useful also.
