Plasma cutter cart

I found this stainless lab cart on Amazon for my plasma cutter. It was an Amazon damaged one for $65.

I did remove the handle on the cutter and one of the bottom side rails on the cart.

Going to add a bracket yet for my m60 and desiccant filter setup. I’ll add some tabs for extension cord as well.

The drawer is nice and deep for consumables. It wheels nice to match my cnc table that I also made portable.

Just thought I’d share this idea to the pile.

Well that’s no fun. Now I am going to wait for another damaged one to be advertised. That’s how it works. I just can’t pay full price now…after what I’ve heard!!!

That was a great bargain!

Cool setup!

Now wire that raw voltage differently to give it a “pro” look!

I downloaded the M60 holder file and decided to simply weld it to the cart. I didn’t have any stainless so I just used some 14 ga scrap sheet I had.

I made my filter setup moveable vs fixed to my air system.

I’ll eventually get a machine torch and this cart can do double duty around the shop with the hand torch if needed.

Not sexy just functional setup.
