I apologize for the delay in responding. Thank you. increasing the pierce delay did the trick.

When in doubt if it’s a question of the software or the plasma cutter, turn on manual torch fire and see if you can just fire the torch that way.

If the torch fires, but the program doesn’t, then it’s something in your .nc program.

The torch doesn’t fire on manual, then you’ve got a problem with the torch side.
