So, I just cut some parts for a belt grinder and I’m thinking that I missed a setting for the hole and inside corners. This only the second time cutting 1/4" thick steel. And really the first time with sharp inside corners. They didn’t turn out as nice as I thought they were going to. I’ll be able to post process them and still use them. Here are a few photos of the part in question.
If this is for a tab and slot the best way will be to over cut internal corners. On your first sheet cam Image to the right is external and internal corner.
External will move past the corner, loop around and come back in at 90 giving a sharp external corner. Internal will cut into the corner at 45 degrees to remove the radius. If you enable it you will see what it does.
