Path Rules for inside corners?

So, I just cut some parts for a belt grinder and I’m thinking that I missed a setting for the hole and inside corners. This only the second time cutting 1/4" thick steel. And really the first time with sharp inside corners. They didn’t turn out as nice as I thought they were going to. I’ll be able to post process them and still use them. Here are a few photos of the part in question.

So I had this screen displayed, but I don’t think it was applied.

After doing some research tonight I think I needed to have this set to always apply rule set, it was set to none. Will someone please confirm.

If this is for a tab and slot the best way will be to over cut internal corners. On your first sheet cam Image to the right is external and internal corner.

External will move past the corner, loop around and come back in at 90 giving a sharp external corner. Internal will cut into the corner at 45 degrees to remove the radius. If you enable it you will see what it does.

Got it, Thanks Craig. That looks like it would have did it.

If that path rule is showing on the operation screen, it is being applied.

Another way to deal with clearing the corners is with the CAD program and using the process called “dogbone”

Fusion has several add-ons that do this somewhat automatically.
Here is one I use (60 day trial then $20 one time fee):
