hey - what are you guys typicaly get for over bend / under bend conditions you have to dial in ? just seeing if what i am getting is typical - i am sure it is
For initial variance, I am seeing generally sub 3 degrees for steel and sub 10 degrees for Aluminum and Stainless steel. Depends on the thickness and bend angle.

thats great - i commenly see 1.5 - 2.0 ish - so what i see is normal. just making sure I did not mess anything up on the assembly

I’ve only done a few bends but I am consistently getting around 10° under bent on 90’s with 3/16” and 14 gauge on the 4 way die and extreme gooseneck punch.
I’m very new and green to my machine, but I was getting under bent on 16ga which is nominal .060, I put a caliper on the material and it actually measured .054. I entered that(.054) in and I was only 1 Deg off. So maybe measure your material with a caliper
