Hello All,
I’m needing some help solving a problem. Whenever I start a new cut, the plasma is only cutting about 6", then it stops. If I reset it enough times(10+) it will eventually complete the cut, only to do the same thing on the next cut.

the screen displays a fault for “work clamp connection” or " cut height too high" but these seem to be okay.
Make sure you work clamp in on the metal being cut and the the connection from the plasma cutter to the clamp is clean and tight.
There have been a few people that found the actual connection of the work lead inside the plasma cutter was corroded or otherwise questionable (loose). This caused significant problems until it was fixed.
Air supply maybe?
That was my feeling also.
