One piece water tray

There has been a handful of users of the pro table that have had a one piece water tray. Cost? Thanks

Local shop did mine. It’s oversized width and length, and 3 in deep as opposed to the 2-in on the OEM pan. My out the door cost was $400. This is mild steel not stainless.

Your best bet is to call around to some sheet metal and other fabrication shops local you and get a quote.

That torch is in the home position right now. My water capacity is 35 gallons opposed to the 15 Gallons on the oem.

Kinda depends on what you decide to go with on overall dimensions and material.

I did mine with 14ga stainless, but the same relative dimensions as the OEM table, except I increased the height to just clear under the Y gantry cars (2.400" max height). My metal monger had me purchase the entire sheet, but did the bends for me for $50. I welded the corners.

Cost me just shy of $400

We do a fair bit of stainless countertop work and have a diacro corner notcher. It sure makes nice contaminant free inside corner notches.

The pictures are a mild steel pan

Ironically one of these notchers cost about the same amount as a XR.
