I’ve got a customer wanting knife blades cut out of one I was just wondering what kind of setting to st it on razorweld 45 is what I will br cutting with and is .120 thick
The blades are going to be a high carbon steel. But I’d use the same settings you use on 1/8" mild steel and you should be ok. Maybe make a test cut in the waste area first to make sure.

The cut edges would probably end up hardened especially if you have a water table since it essentially quenches it so you might want to keep that in mind as well.
