There is also the turn percentage on Crossfire that could possibly cause this if the percentage is off. When your torch is cutting on a curve Crossfire slows it down which sometimes causes problems with the THC so they made the percentage adjustable. I don’t remember exactly what it’s called but it’s in their manual and can be set to whatever parameter the user wants. I think default is 86%.

I just ran across and thought I would share.

I was cutting some 1" washers and they came out oblong.
Nut was loose on one of the motors that holds the pulley on located on the gantry.

It was hard to spot at first. Did not really show up when jogging only at real slow speeds when changing direction. mine was on the Y axis
