Not firing at all

I Know a lot of you have had this type of issue, I moved from one home to another and had to re set up my shop not fun but after I did i am now having issues everything works fine with exception of the firing of Plasma. I releveled the machine, and the torch is not firing at all I checked and tested everything, but the THC is reading 300 volts, and I shut it down and removed the wire from the electronics side still high voltage then I removed it from the Vim box side. this thing will not fire for the life of me, and I am taking my time and trying to not push it but it’s getting frustrating. I am not the greatest at electronics, but I have learned so much from you guys on here. Anyone think of anything I am not? HELP!

Air pressure 75 psi? Do you have the torch clamped to tightly on the plunger housing?
Need more information; pictures, plasma cutter, torch, mounting, etc

The THC wiring has nothing to do with firing the torch. It will cause Firecontrol to stop the program and throw an error if no voltage is detected, though.

If it is reporting 300v, that means the pilot arc voltage is being sent to the torch. The torch isn’t firing because the air pressure is too low or the electrode is stuck.

I will double check both, I was asked by support to remove the THC wiring from the Electronics and shut off THC in Firecontrol.
Thanks for Responding I appreciate any help
