Not cutting all circles

Has anybody had any issues with machine not making complete cuts on circles? Everything in the program looks good. Cut about 30 circles on 10 gauge and it misfired on one circle. Then I cut out about 10 circles on 20 gauge steel and it misfired on half of them. Torch will pierce the steel, but stop arching, whilst completing the rest of the the circle. THC is plugged up correctly, sanded area where ground connects, and all cut paths look correct

Thanks in advance

Post the first 50 lines of your code.

Is the air keeping up?

What is the Condition of your consumables?

Weird? that arc shutting down would not trigger a THC alert.

We need more information.

What cutter?

Parameters?

What air compressor?

Etc?

Razorweld cut 45 plasma cutter, compressor has more than enough to keep up. I’ll post some pictures of parameters and first 50 lines of my code in a moment.

nothing too out of line with the code.

Maybe Razorweld’s internal regulator is having issue. feels like a low air problem now.

Just to get this out of the way. Unplug your limit switch cable and try running the program again. see if your result is different.

also to piggy back on @TinWhisperer watch your air gauge on the plasma cutter and see if the air pressure drops or holds. When the machine fires you will see an initial drop but it should hold steady while cutting. The capability of your air compressor is not the only factor. clogged regulator or dryer. No dryer is a problem if you are blowing water through your line.

Set plunge rate to 60 ipm in sheetcam setting, you have it at 40 will cause issues.

That lead in/out is excessive at .3125". That wouldn’t fit in any hole smaller than that.

Check the box for “start at the center of circles smaller than” and put in .75". That will start at the center and spiral out to cut the hole on any holes smaller than .75".

That makes since. I’ve been trying to get everything ironed out correctly. I appreciate it
