I have been using my XR for a few weeks with no issue starting up the computer. This morning when I went to turn on the provided touch screen and control box the touch screen illuminated Langmuirs logo then went directly to a “no signal”sign and then to black. I tried again, checked all cable connections to make sure nothing had worked itself loose, unplugged and replugged the cable connecting the hard drive to the monitor, but still got the same result. Please help!
Same thing happens to me, brand new out of the box. There is a tiny reset button on the computer itself, beside the aux cord plug in. Mine worked after that…but then didint wana connect a few hours later… so try that, might work
