I had bought a new computer and it is windows 10 I down loaded the patch and motion controller but still no movement at the table shows it on the screen its moving but no control any suggestions

Ok got the motors to move but now it moves super slow no matter what I put feed rate on also the torch will not come on either. I guess I should unload the whole thing and start over maybe. except put my license in another folder to have.lol
