Ive got the crossfire, razor weld 45, new out of box last week. Used it once worked great, today it only uses air but dosent arc? Checked connections, has 75psi continuous, has correct power. Not sure whats going on.
Hand or machine torch? Is the 75 psi on the plasma cutter gauge with air flowing from the torch?
Have you checked the electrode plunger to make sure its working? Have you changed out all the consumables?
