New user from Poteet, Texas looking for help ( XR assembly and commissioning)

I just purchased Langmuir’s CrossFire XR CNC Plasma Table with a Razor Weld 45 Plasma Cutter during their Black Friday Sale.
I opted out of the assembly because the $1,700 cost was out of my budget and thought it’d be a fun project for my dad and I.
I’m probably 99% finished assembling the entire table but can’t seem to get the it exactly right enough to complete the initial “break in” program.
There seems to be a calibration issue where it puts itself in a bind.
My question is: Are there contractors or individuals who do service calls on these tables?
At this point I’d rather just pay someone to get it right for me so that I can just start using my investment.
I’m in Poteet, Texas. 20 miles south of San Antonio, Texas.
If anyone knows of any such person or business PLEASE let me know. I would greatly appreciate it and any other help or suggestions. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to The forum.

You will find plenty of users in Texas that will be more than willing to give you a hand.

Coming to The forum was a good start

I do look out at America from my office but I am Canadian so it won’t be me.

I will also alter the title of your topic to get more eyes on you

Welcome to the forum. Since you purchased an XR, you get direct phone support and the number should be in your kit documentation. @langmuir-reilly do you still take care of XR support?

Thanks. I’ll do that

I’ve contacted tech support and have done what they suggested. Unfortunately I’m still having issues. But I genuinely appreciate you and your advice. Thank you.

Did you square the table, corner to corner within a 1/8 of an inch as stated in the assembly instructions?

Sorry took so long. But to answer your question, yes.
I squared and leveled the table to Langmuir specifications.
I believe I was as meticulous as I possibly could be while assembling.
