Just got in a new set of tips and electrodes from Langmuir for the x45 and they will not fire…put the old tip and electrode back in and it fires but new ones will not…any suggestions? New parts ordered directly form their site for the x45. Parts look and measure the same.
So quick update…I started to mix and match old tip with new electrode and old electrode with new cap. Old electrode and new cap works…so is their issue with the new electrodes?

I resolved the issue with Razorweld…turns out they think they have a bad batch of electrodes…by bad I mean not correct dimensions. He had me twist the cap a 1/4 of turn back from tight and the part fired…Im not happy about the fix because it seems like a band aid but I can run again. I will continue to track the issue and let Langmuir aware of the issue. Just an fyi the parts are from Razorweld via Langmuir.
