New Razorweld X45 not arcing

So everything was working perfectly for the first 2 days, but now all of a sudden it won’t start the arc.
I’m super bummed out because I’m not sure whats wrong.
Things I’ve tried…
Connecting the ground directly to the metal.
Manually firing and touching the tip to the metal to start arc with no luck.
Manually firing in Mach 3.
Someone mentioned it might be from water splashing in the torch, but it’s been sitting for 24 hours now so it should be dry.

I haven’t tried replacing consumables because I don’t know where to find them but they don’t look that bad and it’s barely been used.

Your electrode looks like it needs to be replaced. I would start there.

Did you ever figured out what was causing the issue with your torch not firing?
I’m having the same issue, only used the torch one time. Unfortunately a piece of metal popped up and stuck on the tip, causing it to blow out. I have replaced everything but the swirl ring and the torch won’t fire, just blows air when the trigger is pulled or commanded through mach3.

Yea everything was screwed on too tight.
