Hey Everyone,
We’re excited to announce our expanded line of 6061T aluminum billets and round stock.
Our goal with this collection was pretty simple: offer competitively priced, pre-cut aluminum stock in sizes for the MR-1 or any other small mill. Instead of buying oversized material and cutting it down yourself, these pieces are already pre-sized and ready to get on the machine.
The material is extruded 6061-T6 aluminum, not cast, giving you consistent material properties, excellent machinability, and a great starting point for prototypes, fixtures, one-off parts, and small production runs.
We’re launching with a wide range of sizes, including:
Billets
2" x 2", 2" x 4", 2" x 6", 4" x 4", 4" x 6", and 6" x 6" profiles in a variety of lengths from 4" up to 20".
Round Stock
2", 3", and 4" diameter stock in both 3" and 6" lengths.
Everything is pre-cut, pre-sized, and ready to machine, with sizes selected to work well within the MR-1 work envelope.
