What could be the issue here with the un even cuts ?

Is there some junk on your lead screw? Can you try shifting the location of the cut path on your table? Ie move to another location and zero. If it still does it must be an issue with the design and/or cut file.
One of your couplers is loose. Happy cutting!

TinWhisperer no it isn’t. It is in random spots along the cut.

If that is not in the file, it is probably the motor/lead screw coupler slipping, Any time the cuts don’t line up, it is either couplers slipping or something caused the axis to bind/jam and lose steps.
