New from Central Florida with tool path problems(Solved-kerf and nozzle width sizes reversed)

Hey everyone, my name is Danial from central Florida

I have a Crossfire XR with Hypertherm powermax45 XR.

Im having an issue with tool paths.

I’ve tried to create paths for both of these already, made files but get this no matter what.
I’ve watched the videos from Langmuirs cad/cam multiple time as well as some others… nothing works.

Same with the knife one. I forgot to take a picture of I doing the same, only cutting around it.

I stopped trying the knife one as it has no z, I’m trying to test the THC with my first cut.

Looks like your kerf setting may be incorrect. Can you verify what you have it set to in your tool?

Additionally, check your lead-in / lead-out settings. Try and reduce them a bit. Insure your Pierce Clearance is set to 0.

You have the nozzle and kerf backwards.

As Philip said, you have the Kerf and Nozzle width reversed. Switch those numbers and you should be ok.
