Need help with a pass on our logo

The top part of the M in our logo will not generate a toolpath. Error is “Warning: One or more passes were discarded due to linking constraints.”

This a 10’ in diameter cut and, after researching similar scenarios, changing the linking settings multiple times but to no avail.

Toughts?

What is the width of the area it won’t cut? Also what is your lead in and lead out?. You could try changing it to something smaller. I usually do .06

I have had the same issue with Fusion. It’s weird because there is more than enough room for the lead-ins you have. One thing that worked for me in the past is add small fillets in the sharp corners where the M meets the outer circle. This is also why I mainly use SheetCam now.

Figured it out. When I extruded the drawing, as in the original picture, the bottom part of the “M” doesn’t get extruded and that is what caused the linking constraints.

My work around was to not extrude the drawing and make 2 profiles to cut the logo out.
