Need direction on Air pressure

Need some guidance in adjusting air pressure. I’m cutting hot rolled steel, 16 ga with a Razor 45 on a Crosscut Pro at 28 amps, feed speed 50.

Air pressure is probably not your problem. I see people on here saying that they are cutting with 80 or 90 psi, which seems insane and is way above any manufacturers recommended air pressure. My Everlast will error out at anything over 65 psi.

You need to increase your cut speed a lot. You should be over 100 ipm on 16 ga material. Dross free cutting is probably not going to happen on 16ga, though.
